std: Minor changes to the fs module
* Add a size_hint parameter to the read{toEnd,File}AllocOptions fns
* Rename readAllAlloc{,Options} to readToEndAlloc{,Options} as they
don't rewind the file before reading
* Fix missing rewind in test case
