stage1: fix anon struct naming in certain cases
- generic "struct:L:C" naming if rloc is NodeTypeStructValueField
- generic "struct:L:C" naming if rloc is NodeTypeFnCallExpr
- move some tests from test/behavior/misc to test/behavior/typename
