Type: `struct {}` does not have a well-defined layout
`Type.hasWellDefinedLayout` was in disagreement with pointer loading
logic about auto-layout structs with zero fields, `struct {}`. For
consistency, these types should not have a well-defined layout.
This is technically a breaking change.
