wasm: Initial behavior tests succeeding
- Correctly load slice value on stack
- Implement WrapErrorUnionErr and payload
- Implement trunc, fix sliceLen and write undefined
- Implement slice as return type and argument
Note: This also fixes a memory leak for inferred error sets, and for usingnamespace
