Use `WinnerDetermined` instead of `Epilogue` to grant stats (#713)v1.19.0
Use `WinnerDetermined` instead of `Epilogue` to grant stats as some modes (like LTS) don't go into `eGameState.Epilogue` apparently.
`eGameState.WinnerDetermined` should be better
