Main entry point for LatencyFlex was recently changed from
latencyflex_wine.dll to latencyflex_layer.dll to prepare library for

If gameserver receives DUPLICATE_SERVER response it will retry the auth
request after a timeout of 10 seconds.
Retries will stop after 10 attempts.
